We use the official UK government Fuel Finder feed. All petrol station prices on here are refreshed from it twice per day.

The 'last reported' line on each station card is the last time the retailer confirmed their current price into the feed. A station might re-confirm the same price for a week or two before anything changes.

If you represent a petrol station and you've spotted an error in your own listing, click the 'report' link on the relevant station page. That takes you straight to the official UK government Fuel Finder reporting scheme, which promises to rectify issues quickly.
